Solar Project Execution Engineer [URGENT] – 1

Qualification: B.E Electrical with 2-4 years of experience in solar project execution work.

Job Summary: To execute all the Solar Project Orders to the satisfaction management as well as the client. Responsible for project management and monitoring of site construction activities as per project execution plan

Full Job Description

Products: Air Compressors

  • Tender/Work order and cost sheet studies to assess project requirements.
  • Review pre-feasibility report and conduct site visits to gather accurate project information.
  • Assistance in Evaluation of (BOQ).
  • Prepare bar charts to track project timelines and milestones for solar installations.
  • Manage amendments to contracts and agreements as and when necessary.
  • Providing labour compliance for documentation.
  • Provide assistance for procurement of site requirement.
  • Obtain and evaluate offers, secure approvals, and manage orders and deliveries to meet technical and commercial requirements as and when required.
  • Ensuring site clearance and approvals to proceed further.
  • Oversee site mobilization: ensuring all necessary resources, equipment, materials and store room are available for project commencement.
  • Ensuring Receipt of the material at site as per the order and its acknowledgement document by receiving and approving delivery challan.
  • Maintain documentation for deviations, amendments, and approvals.
  • Co-ordinate with EPC Contractor/Execution Agencies for smooth execution of work at site.
  • Ensure the proper provision and use of work safety equipment on-site and manage workman compensation policies to meet legal and organizational requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance and efficiency of the site team.
  • Ensuring effective teamwork and adherence to project standards.
  • Verify and certify running bills raised by customer.
  • Coordinate with civil –Site engineers, mechanical/ Electrical engineers of Contractors to ensure project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance.
  • Module mounting structure installation, cable laying and all other electrical equipment as per drawings.
  • Supervise installation of module structure, module fitting, Cable trays, conduits & LA etc. Approved drawings and bar charts
  • To ensure weather grounding of all module structure, switchgear panels, LA, electrical equipment and devices were completed.
  • To ensure if the work is in progress as per approved drawings.
  • Execution of the order as per the delivery period agreed with the customer.
  • To provide technical assistance to clients whenever required.
  • Taking care of no wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools will happen on site.
  • Implementation of the industrial standards, quality, Health & Safety Norms (HSE Guidelines).
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges that may arise during project execution to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Issues & escalate it to Project Manager when needed.
  • Conduct detailed inspections post-work completion and provide confirmation based on drawings.
  • Submitting site reports, inspection report, WIR, MIR, Post order feasibility report bar charts and site issues on regular basis or as required.

Sales Engineer Compressor – 1

Location: Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E Mechanical or Any Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of sales experience in air compressor
CTC: 4.88 lpa to 6.20 lpa (Plus mediclaim)

Job Summary: To manage performance of the responsibilities and jobs allocated as a part of the Strategic business unit. Also to attain the objectives set for the SBU and individual objectives, visa vies the expectation of the management.

Full Job Description
  • To map new business areas & to generate leads as per Strategic plan
  • Visit customers for new business and existing customers, plans visits and cold calling.
  • To market new products & to promote new products in client group.
  • To assist the clients in making right decisions & to choose the right product required.
  • To consult customers based on their business requirements
  • To be technically equipped in all existing & new products arising in the electro-mechanical industry.
  • Feeding the enquiry details into ERP/CRM.
  • Acknowledgement of the received enquiry as well thanks giving email for allowing meeting time.
  • Considering BOQ , Evaluation and finalization of the cost sheet
  • Authorization of the requirement shall be done from assigned authority.
  • Quotations to be submitted within the 24 hrs for normal orders and within 72 hours
  • Follow up and update with the customer on shared quotation
  • To assist the clients with Quotations of the products offered
  • To provide technical assistance to clients whenever required
  • Final negotiation of the order.
  • For Not receiving the order CSAT TO BE SENT TO THE CLIENT VIA EMAIL
  • Order lost analysis
  • After receiving the Purchase order acknowledgement to be share with customer.
  • Analyze deviations against received as well as requirement to proceed further.
  • Ensuring that Sales order has been prepared in the system and accordingly releasing of the sales order further.
  • GAD/CSD/TDS submittal to be done prior to final offer ,post the order receipt  to be done by the estimation /compliance engineer .
  • Compliance of document for approval to complete to the client satisfaction and in time bound manner.
  • Going through the details tender/ client enquiry and submitting the offer to the client.
  • Sharing Memo with the sales coordinators
  • Ensuring execution of the order from the sales coordinator.
  • Execution of the order as per the delivery period agreed with the customer
  • Sales and booking are achieved as per the targets agreed
  • Ensuring Payments  as per the agreed terms.
  • Quotations to be submitted within the 24 hrs for normal orders and within 72 hours for projects and deviation report to be added in the weekly report.
  • Maintaining the debtor level to 30 days. (follow up for payments and receiving payments within agreed time frame).
  • 10 % advances are collected.
  • 25% for order booking to be with Performa
  • Invoice/payment against delivery terms.
  • Sales and booking are achieved as per the targets agreed at the AOP.
  • Ensuring 75% booking to billing conversion.
  • Ensuring 100% collection of outstanding payment of the previous financial year in the first half of the financial year.
  • Hit Ratio to be maintained at 50%.
  • G.P margin to be maintained as per annual assigned target.
  • All sales activity entries need to be updated on        CRM/GTM/CVM  on daily basis.
  • Conveyance Voucher with supporting documents to   be submitted weekly
