Products: Air Compressors

  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads as per strategic plans
  • Visiting customers, conducting meetings, and promoting products and solutions
  • Providing technical and commercial consultation to customers
  • Preparing quotations, cost evaluations, and order negotiations
  • Managing CRM/ERP updates, enquiry tracking, and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinating order execution, documentation, and timely delivery
  • Ensuring payment collections, booking targets, and sales performance
  • Submitting weekly reports, quarterly strategy plans, and performance analysis
  • Providing technical support to customers, coordinators, and estimation teams
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits and meetings
  • Adhering to organizational policies, compliance standards, and operational procedures

Senior Sales Engineer Pumps

Location: Fort,CST

Qualification: B.E Mechanical/ Diploma Mechanical  with 6 to 8  years of Sales engineer experience in pumping industry.
CTC: 5.64 lpa to 7.5 lpa (Plus mediclaim)

Full Job Description
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads as per strategic business plans
  • Managing customer visits, cold calling, and relationship development with new and existing clients
  • Promoting new products and providing application-based technical consultation
  • Preparing BOQ evaluations, cost sheets, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Handling enquiry management, CRM/ERP updates, and customer communication
  • Coordinating order processing, compliance documentation, and sales execution
  • Ensuring timely quotation submission, order follow-ups, and payment collections
  • Achieving sales, booking, billing, profitability, and collection targets as per AOP
  • Maintaining debtor control, booking-to-billing conversion, and GP margin targets
  • Preparing weekly analysis reports and quarterly strategic performance plans
  • Providing technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams
  • Visiting key customers regularly to strengthen business relationships and identify opportunities

Estimation Engineer Pumps

Job Summary: To submit techno commercial offers within the timeframe specified and backup for the sales team
assigned. Also to attain the objectives set for the SBU and individual objectives, visa vies with the
expectations of the management.

  • Supporting the sales team with technical product details, project information, and customer requirements
  • Preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers as per customer specifications and timelines
  • Managing quotation follow-ups, negotiations, and CRM updates on a daily basis
  • Handling client communication and providing application-based technical guidance
  • Independently managing orders up to specified project values from enquiry to payment collection
  • Coordinating with assigned sales engineers for order finalization and customer support
  • Conducting follow-ups for budgetary offers and dormant clients to generate business opportunities
  • Providing backup support to team members for techno-commercial proposals and customer handling
  • Managing selected customer accounts independently and ensuring smooth order execution
  • Assisting in order closure, negotiations, and post-confirmation coordination with the sales team
