A 100 HP Pumpset was installed for Freshwater application to fulfill the drinking water needs
of the hostel.
Challenges Faced:
Regular burnout of the 100 Hp Motor at regular interval.
It Was observed that the existing Electric motor had performance issues considering the
sizing of the winding gauge given. Appropriate repair was carried out and the Electric motor
was set right for the given application
Impact:
IIT wanted to monitor the performance on a continuous basis and requested VEMPL to depute
a person on daily basis to record performance
VEMPL introduced Kirlosmart to monitor the performance of the pump set without any
human intervention .
VEMPL had offered this solution on a Demo basis for the period of 1 month
