How did we execute the project?
Since the VEMPL team was working on this project right from the day one, it helped in understanding the clients requirement very well. Further KBL also supported us for the pumps delivery and inspection.

Roadblocks faced
The VEMPL team has been working on this project since the last 6-7 years. In the interim period the project was on hold. Then the entire new teams were on board from developers to contractors to consultants. Pumpsets requirement was changed from single outlet pumps to multi outlet pumps.

It was the time when there was a worldwide issue of semiconductors. However due to the constant follow ups by our panel team, delivery of all the components were received in time.

How did we overcome the roadblocks?
Since the VEMPL team was closely monitoring the project development. Hence, it was easy to adapt ourselves as per the client requirements.
