How did we execute the project?
1. Material procurement from KBL.
2. Pre-dispatch inspections for the motor in Gujrat, the pumpset in KOV , and the valves in Nashik in the presence of MCGM of ficials.
3. Material delivery to the job site.
4. System installation, testing, and commissioning

Roadblocks faced
1. Material unloading at the project site was dif ficult since there wasn’t enough room for
hydra, and the location was on a busy road where traf fic laws frequently caused issues.
2. Using a crane to transport the material (Pump & Motors) to the installation site, which
was 70 feet below ground.

3. Adding valves to the pipeline that already exists. The current pipeline was totally rusted.
4. Construction of a duck foot bend in the CIDF from the pump suction to the valve
5. Dismantling joint connections upon delivery because of fitment and space concerns.
