How was the project executed?
Project completed successfully with safety precautions.
We had completed the project within time due to our team work.
But there was a delay in net meter installation due to MSEDCL. To avoid delay we installed the zero export device.
Our team used all safety equipment like safety helmet, Safety harness, Safety Belt etc.
Any safety specific measures taken PPE Training: We were used high quality and well maintained Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during the solar power installation.
While the installation was in progress, use of mobiles and other electrical devices was prohibited to avoid all distractions.
Unloading of modules: W e were used crane or forklift for unloading of modules with qualified person and we kept speed limit below 10km per hour.
Lifting modules manually by stairs: W e had adequately sized project teams for easy handling of modules.
Module installation: During the solar power plant installation, instructions was given and followed diligently by one and all.
The entire installation staf f was regularly trained to avoid any damage to the modules.
Routing of cable: During the routing of the cable, a thorough check was done to ensure the cable was not damaged.
The entire process was carried out under stringent supervision of qualified engineers.
Routing the AC cable: When the AC cable was routed, the tray was secured for any wear and tear . Once the tray was clear of any damage, it was carefully positioned to keep it moisture free.
Earthing: During this process, the speed of the boring machine was always maintained below 10 km per hour
The team strictly adheres to the used of cotton, PVC, and leather gloves while fixing electrodes, handling backfilling compound and connecting the electrical panel.
Welding goggles, face shields, and aprons was also used during the welding of the system.
